Estella's Tales from the Peanut Gallery

Junior League Easter Egg Hunt!
Bert insisted she wear blue. He said he's tired of pink.
Can you imagine?
She had her picture taken with the Easter Bunny -
she's a little worn out from the morning (hence, no smile).

Here we are all dressed up for the festivities!

First Cereal!!!
The shot is a little blurry, but she was bobbing and weaving a LOT hehehe!

Yes, this is cereal on my face, and YES...
the cool kids DO wear their bibs backwards.

Lifting up her head all by herself for the first time!!!!
Yay!!!
This one's a little blurry too - we're not quite past the bobble head stage yet...

Posing for the camera... pretty princess!!!

HAPPY ST.PATRICK'S DAY!!!!!

Much love to everyone - we miss you!

A LOT has happened in 4 weeks!

MARDI GRAS!!!
Getting ready to go meet Mache & Jack at La Boulangerie (and then go parading).

Endymion - the BEST parade...

She started to get a little tuckered out.

This is Daddy getting her ready for bed after Endymion (her first parade).

REX and ZULU were fun - she was awake for most of both parades
and rode in her umbrella stroller for the first time.

Nothing like men in uniform - ooh lala

With the Buzzards between Rex & Zulu.

With Mommy between parades.

Leaving the parades - we'll have to wait until next year to catch more beads!

Auntee Mache and Jack came to visit during Mardi Gras.
Here, we have Jack making his move - hehe...

Aren't they adorable?!?!

And is Jack not SO friggin' darling? He is such a precious baby! So handsome!

Trying out the Bumbo seat for the first time... not quiiiiiiite ready yet haha
oOur Glo-Glo and Albert came to visit in NOLA right before Mardi Gras
- it was such a treat!

They brought Estella a teething ring that she LOVES -

Cooking with Mommy in the kitchen...
(she stays in her Moses basket right now)

Where's Estella?

PEEK-A-BOO!

These are after we walked up to St. Charles to get Daddy off of the trolly after work.
(In front of our house after we got back.)

Learning to roll over is NOT Estella's favorite thing.
This is her first night to be able to roll over on her own.
Clearly, we do not have an enthusiastic athlete on our hands.

Almost there!!!

She's got it! Yay!

And now we rest...

Left to her own devices, our baby girl is a complete cut-up...

First, Mommy sees Estella.

Then, Estella sees Mommy.

Then, Estella squeals with delight (as Mommy laughs hysterically while taking pictures).
